Run on Bantai's open-air courts in Maenam alongside the FitKoh / Lionheart wellness brand, these structured 1-, 2- and 4-week programmes mix padel training with a full wellness routine - and you can stay on-site.

  • Standard week: 3 padel personal-training sessions, 3 matches/tournaments, 3 meals a day (Mon-Sat), unlimited yoga, 3 massages, 3 breathwork + ice-bath sessions, 2 community hikes and a Saturday beach BBQ.
  • Premium adds strength training, more massages, unlimited fitness classes and a nutrition consult with a meal plan.
  • Accommodation is arranged via the partner property - the easiest "wake up, walk to the court" set-up on the island.

Who it's for

Solo travellers and couples who want structure and community, players using a winter base to level up, and anyone after a "fitter than when I arrived" holiday. Levels from improver to competitive.

Shorter on time?

Not everyone wants a full week. You can build your own mini-camp with back-to-back private lessons, or book a packaged half-day padel lesson + luxury spa experience sold by tour operators.

What's usually included

Coaching & court time, organised matches, meals, recovery (yoga, massage, ice bath), and often accommodation. Flights and travel insurance are on you - and book early, group sizes are capped.

A day in the life

What a camp day might look like

Morning - train in the cool

Early padel session or personal-training drill on the courts before the heat builds, then a proper breakfast.

Midday - recover

Yoga, a massage, an ice bath or just the pool and beach. The island heat makes the middle of the day the right time to rest.

Afternoon - matches

Competitive games or an Americano as it cools down - the part where the week's coaching starts to show.

Evening - refuel & explore

Group dinner, a beach BBQ, or head out to a night market or sunset beach club. Recovery includes having fun.
